Finding the positive in something negative...

...so, I just posted about our air conditioner having problems...well, it turns out it is junk and we need a new one.  We really cant afford one at the moment, but realize it is something that comes with being a home owner...so we will make it work.  Yes, we are not too happy, but on a positive note...if you buy certain Energy Star central air conditioners...you can apply for a tax credit of up to $1500...definitely a bonus that lightens the sting of buying a new one!  All in the name of going green and being more energy efficient!
