Meet our Granite

We took an extended weekend to celebrate Easter...and take a day to pick out our Granite.  If you haven't ever picked out granite...then you might be curious as to how you do it.  

It is rather simple...You head to the different "dealers" and literally pick out what you like...some places have more of a variety than others...there are slabs after slabs (nothing fancy in the setup) and sometimes everything starts looking the same...though we got lucky at the first stop and immediately found what we were looking for.  So there she is below.  Demo starts Monday...which means I have a lot of cleaning and taking things down...all while Scott is in the field...which Iam happy to say...THE PLANTER IS ROLLING TODAY!  Iam kinda starting to stress about how this is all going to go down...We are staying in the house...which might throw my stress level threw the roof...but it will definitely be worth it!!  Definitely stay tuned!
